GREATWALL MIXERS: Advancing Greener and Smarter Bio-Fermentation Through Mixing Innovation
The 16th International Bio-Fermentation Exhibition in Jinan concluded successfully on March 11, 2026, bringing together leading companies, researchers, engineers, and industry professionals from across the bio-fermentation value chain.
At this year's event, GREATWALL MIXERS showcased customized mixing technologies designed around the industry's growing demand for energy efficiency, intelligent operation, hygienic design, and process reliability.
Two Solutions Drew Particular Attention
a. High-Pressure Hydrogenation Mixing Reactor
Designed for demanding gas-liquid-solid catalytic hydrogenation processes, the system integrates magnetic sealing, self-inducing agitation, multi-stage impellers, explosion-protection features, and intelligent control. It is engineered to support efficient hydrogen dispersion, uniform mixing, and stable operation in applications including bio-fermentation, fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and advanced materials.
b. Magnetic-Drive Mixing System
Using a fully sealed magnetic coupling design, the system eliminates dynamic seals and enables leak-free operation. This makes it particularly suitable for fermentation vessels and other applications where hygiene, containment, and reliable sealing are critical.
Throughout the exhibition, our team met with customers, procurement professionals, industry experts, and research institutions to discuss real process challenges, future equipment requirements, and opportunities for technical collaboration.
These conversations reinforced several clear industry trends: bio-fermentation equipment is moving toward greater energy efficiency, smarter operation, higher levels of customization, and closer integration between process requirements and equipment design.
For GREATWALL MIXERS, the exhibition was more than a product showcase. It was an opportunity to listen to the market, strengthen industry partnerships, and bring new insights back into our engineering and R&D work.
We will continue developing more efficient, intelligent, and application-specific mixing solutions to support the next generation of bio-fermentation processes.
